Volume One

Who should be nominated?

We’re looking for people of any age or background who work to bridge difference and bring people together in the Chippewa Valley — people who are actively working to make a change in our community.

Nominees should be actively involved in the fight for a fairer future, embody the work of justice, and spread kindness and inclusivity within the Chippewa Valley community. Their efforts may be seen, felt, or heard through their day-to-day work or through the large-scale impact they have on their community.

Nomination Process

  1. Nominations are collected and reviewed in Spring/Summer.
  2. Uniting Bridges leads a panel of key community members from diverse backgrounds and industries who evaluate nominations and work together in selecting each year’s honorees.
  3. Up to three individuals and one organization are selected for awards, and significantly featured in the pages of Volume One in print, online, and social media.

TIP: If you’re writing somewhat long answers, write them in a separate document, and copy and paste into this form — just in case the browser crashes, you won’t lose what you’ve written.
