Hula Hooping Class
Bring your mom or your daughter, niece, aunts, grandchildren, or friends to this special Mother's Day weekend hula hooping class. Learn how to waist hoop, and other on-body hooping movements and some off-body tricks with Liz. Best for ages 8+ and beginners. Hoops will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one. Limited to 8 students, so registration is required.
